No Returns or Exchanges
At Grinding Gears Coffee, we roast each batch with care and ship orders fresh to your door. Because our coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please double-check your order details before checking out, as all sales are final.
Order Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address and email before submitting your order to avoid delays or delivery issues. We want to ensure your coffee gets to you without a hitch!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, don’t worry—we’ve got you. Please contact us at support@grindinggearscoffee.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
EU Customers
We currently do not accept returns from customers within the European Union. Please ensure all order details are accurate prior to purchase.
Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Grinding Gears Coffee. We roast fresh and ship with care to deliver great coffee straight to your door. All orders are fulfilled via trusted partners such as Dripshipper and Printful. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you via email.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. You can track your package using the carrier’s website linked in the email.
Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, Grinding Gears Coffee is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply during or after shipping (e.g., VAT, tariffs). These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
