1. Overview
We roast every batch to order and strive to ensure you love every sip. This Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and shipping for Grinding Gears Coffee (“we,” “our,” “us”).
2. Roast-to-Order Coffee — No Returns or Exchanges
Coffee is a perishable product whose flavor peaks shortly after roasting. Because we roast specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of freshly roasted coffee. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before placing your order, as all coffee sales are final.
3. Merchandise & Brew Gear
Need to return a T-shirt, mug, or brew accessory? We may be able to help. Returns of non-perishable merchandise or brew gear are considered case-by-case within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact support@grindinggearscoffee.com before sending anything back.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right—either by replacement, refund, or store credit.
5. Refund Eligibility
While returns on roasted coffee aren’t possible, we do offer full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis when the coffee you receive does not meet your expectations. Reach out so we can find the best solution together—your satisfaction matters.
6. EU Customers
At this time, we do not accept returns from customers located in the European Union. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.
7. Shipping Policy
We roast fresh and ship weekly!
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
8. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). High-volume periods may extend processing; if so, we’ll notify you by e-mail.

10. Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your package via the carrier link provided.
11. Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied during or after shipping (e.g., VAT, tariffs). Grinding Gears Coffee cannot predict or cover these costs.
