Tucked between the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes and bisected by the Magdalena Valley, this region’s dramatic elevation changes create a microclimate unlike any other. While Huila is a powerhouse of production, its strength lies in its smallholders—80% of the producers here operate on less than three hectares of land. This coffee is the result of that small-scale, meticulous attention to detail, proving that decaf can (and should) be just as exceptional as any other bag in our lineup.

The Profile: Warm, Spiced, & Comforting Our head roaster, Zach, specifically designed this profile to shatter the myth that decaf lacks character. We’ve roasted this to a Medium-Dark level to bring out a structural, nostalgic sweetness. You’ll find the honeyed, toasted notes of Graham cracker on the front end, followed by a soft, Mild Cooked Fruit acidity—reminiscent of a warm berry compote. The experience is rounded out by a lingering finish of Cloves, providing a gentle spice that makes this the perfect evening cup. It is rich, balanced, and so flavorful you might forget the caffeine is missing.
