The Profile: Balanced, Smooth, & Rich We’ve dialed this in as a Medium Roast to ensure it is approachable yet sophisticated. The foundation of the cup is built on a deep, velvety Chocolate base that provides weight and familiarity. To add complexity, we’ve layered in a note of Subtle Fruit—a soft brightness that cuts through the richness without overpowering it. The experience concludes with a lingering, caramelized finish of Brown Sugar. It is a balanced "all-day" drinker that performs exceptionally well in a standard drip machine, a Chemex, or even as a mellow espresso.
